eRUNWAY executes a large number of projects every year. This includes projects for our customers and internal projects that are focused on delivering enhanced service delivery capabilities to our customers.
The eRUNWAY Project Management Office (PMO) manages major projects and provides a project delivery framework that maximises the outcomes of every project we run.
The responsibilities of the PMO include:

Developing and promoting the use of project management templates

Managing major projects through the entire project life cycle, from project approval to project closure

Providing project status reporting to internal and external stakeholders
